Influencer Marketing Intern

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Influencer Marketing professional to lead and execute our brand’s influencer initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong influencer partnerships, driving brand visibility, and executing high-impact campaigns across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with brand goals, target audience, and campaign objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new influencers who are relevant to the brand, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign needs.
• Build and maintain long-term, meaningful relationships with influencers, creators, and talent agencies.
• Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, including campaign deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and compensation.
• Collaborate with influencers, internal teams, and creative departments to ideate and execute engaging content and campaign concepts.
• Ensure smooth and professional communication throughout all stages of the campaign—from briefing to execution to final reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Prior experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or brand partnerships (role-specific).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of social media platforms, creator ecosystems, and content trends.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
