What You'll Do:

• Manage and collaborate with a network of 10+ influencers across key social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Proactively identify and build relationships with talented creators aligned with our brand campaigns
• Develop and execute data-driven influencer marketing strategies with budget allocation
• Partner with affiliates to conceptualize and co-create engaging influencer campaigns
• Stay on top of social media trends and recommend innovative content strategies for influencer marketing
• Analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Brandwatch) and present insights with strategic recommendations for optimization
• Generate insightful weekly and monthly reports to track progress and measure success
