About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to join our digital marketing agency. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying the right influencers, managing collaborations, and ensuring campaigns deliver measurable impact. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on building relationships, understands the influencer ecosystem, and can seamlessly execute campaigns aligned with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard relevant influencers for each brand/campaign.
• Handle contracts, negotiations, and influencer relationships.
• Manage campaign execution logistics: deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
• Ensure influencer content aligns with the Social Media Strategist’s concept and brand brief.
• Track influencer performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).
• Share reports and actionable insights with clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated on trends, emerging influencers, and platform updates to leverage opportunities.

Requirements

• Mandatory: 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing within a digital marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with experience in tracking influencer KPIs and campaign ROI.
• Creative eye for identifying influencers who match brand tone and campaign goals.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with influencer discovery and tracking tools (e.g., Upfluence, Grin, Winkl, or similar).
• Experience collaborating with content, design, and strategy teams.
• Basic knowledge of paid promotion/boosting influencer content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,483.12 - ₹35,523.89 per month
