Influencer Marketing Executive

We’re Hiring – Influencer Marketer @ Surma 

Surma is a women’s wear brand, and we’re looking for someone who can help us build and grow our creator community.

If you enjoy connecting with people, understand the influencer space, and have an eye for fashion & aesthetics, this role is for you.

What you’ll be doing:

* Scout and identify influencers who truly reflect Surma’s style and audience.

* Reach out, connect, and build lasting relationships with creators.

* Plan and manage influencer collaborations from concept to execution.

* Keep track of performance and trends to make campaigns stronger.

What we’re looking for:

* 1–2 years of experience in influencer/creator marketing or partnerships.

* Someone who understands the fashion & lifestyle landscape.

* Great communicator, organized, and proactive.

* A good sense of content & style that fits Surma’s brand identity.
