Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Influencer Community Building Executive who will be responsible for identifying, managing, and nurturing influencer relationships, while also playing a key role in organizing offline influencer events and supporting brand promotions. The ideal candidate should be passionate about influencer culture, community engagement, and event promotion.

Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Marketing & Community Building

• Identify, connect, and onboard influencers across lifestyle, fashion, beauty, food, tech, wellness, and entertainment categories.
• Maintain strong influencer relationships and build a loyal creator community for ongoing collaborations.
• Execute influencer marketing campaigns, collaborations, contests, giveaways, and brand-led activities.
• Keep an updated influencer database with profiles, past collaborations, and performance metrics.

Social Media & Campaign Coordination

• Support social media campaigns by aligning influencer content with Creato Studios’ and client brands’ objectives.
• Track performance of influencer campaigns (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) and provide reports.
• Work with internal creative and marketing teams to ensure influencer content aligns with campaign messaging.

Offline Community Engagement & Meetups

• Organize and manage weekly influencer meetups (minimum 4 per month) at the Noida office.
• Plan workshops, networking sessions, and collaborations to strengthen influencer bonds.
• Capture highlights of events through photos, videos, and reels for digital amplification.

Event Promotion & Business Support

• Promote offline and online events through influencer networks and social media buzz.
• Assist in brand visibility activities like society-level events, contests, and sponsorship activations.
• Support business development team in identifying opportunities for influencer-led campaigns and partnerships.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or event management preferred (freshers with strong networking skills may apply).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong interest in digital media, influencer ecosystems, and event promotions.
• Ability to multitask and deliver results under deadlines.
