Overview
We are looking for an experienced and innovative Influencer, Affiliate Marketing, and Strategic Partnerships Expert to join our marketing teamThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and managing influencer partnerships, affiliate programs, and strategic business collaborationsThis role requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and exceptional relationship-building skills to drive brand growth and achieve marketing goals
  • Key Responsibilities
    Influencer MarketingDevelop and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty
  • Identify, recruit, and build strong relationships with tech influencers who align with our brand values
  • Manage influencer campaigns from inception to execution, ensuring content quality and campaign effectiveness
  • Affiliate MarketingDesign, launch, and manage a high-performing affiliate marketing program to drive traffic, sales, and customer acquisition
  • Identify and recruit potential affiliate partners, providing them with the tools and resources needed to succeed
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, optimizing strategies to maximize ROI
  • Strategic PartnershipsIdentify, negotiate, and manage strategic business partnerships that can drive growth and provide mutual benefits
  • Develop joint marketing initiatives with partners to enhance brand visibility and reach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partnership activities with overall marketing efforts
  • Campaign Coordination:Oversee the coordination and execution of influencer, affiliate, and partnership campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and brand guidelines
  • Performance AnalysisTrack, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer, affiliate, and partnership campaigns, providing insights and actionable recommendations for improvement
  • Budget ManagementManage budgets for influencer, affiliate, and partnership campaigns, ensuring cost-effective strategies that maximize return on investment
  • Compliance and ContractsNegotiate contracts and ensure all partnerships comply with legal guidelines and industry standards
  • Market ResearchStay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging platforms to continually refine and improve strategies and tactics
  • Qualifications
    EducationBachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Experience3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and strategic partnerships with a proven track record of successful campaigns
  • Technical

    Skills:
  • Proficiency with influencer marketing platforms (e.g., AspireIQ, Traackr), affiliate marketing networks (e.g., Commission Junction, ShareASale, CJ, Refersion), and CRM systems
  • Analytical

    Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking, interpreting, and reporting campaign metrics and KPIs
  • Content

    Skills:
  • Excellent content creation and storytelling abilities, with an eye for detail and quality
  • CommunicationExceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build strong relationships
  • Preferred Qualifications
    Social Media ExpertiseDeep understanding of various social media platforms and their specific influencer marketing dynamics
  • Digital Marketing KnowledgeFamiliarity with other digital marketing channels and how they integrate with influencer, affiliate, and partnership marketing
