Industry Consulting - Automotive Retail Excellence Senior Manager

Role Overview: Join Accenture's GN Automotive Practice as a Senior Manager, where you can work on transformative projects with global clients and be part of a collaborative and inclusive environment. As a part of the team, you will help drive large-scale implementation and transformation projects using your automotive industry expertise and consulting background. Your problem-solving skills, project management abilities, and strong communication will be key in delivering successful outcomes for clients. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver large-scale implementation & transformation projects utilizing auto industry & consulting background - End-to-end management coordination of projects (PMO) ensuring successful project completion within budget - Handle Digital Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), and Request for Quote (RFQs) managing pre-sales activities - Create customer deliverables and commercials for pursuits including deal structuring, response management, and bid management - Drive thought leadership initiatives, handle client visits, and manage partner/analyst relationships - Design innovative solutions utilizing extensive service offerings - Produce high-quality Go-To-Market (GTM), Point of Views (POV), and client presentations Qualifications Required: - MBA from Tier 1 or 2 business school - Industry expertise in Automotive focusing on sales, marketing, aftersales (customer service), warranty, and spare parts - 6-8 years of progressive work experience in consulting firms/OEMs in the Automotive domain - Proven track record in origination and delivery in the auto industry with relevant projects in sales, service, and marketing transformations - Ability to deliver large-scale on-ground implementation projects - Experience in supporting RFPs, developing solutions/value propositions for client stakeholders - Skills in process transformation, program management, and identifying opportunities through existing and new networks - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Company Details: Accenture is a global professional services company offering services in strategy, consulting, digital, technology, and operations across more than 40 industries.
