Industry Collaboration Executive

Job Description As an Industry Collaboration and Placement Executive at NIIT Limited, you will be a crucial member of our team, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients. Your primary focus will be on facilitating the placement of NIIT students into professional practice (Internship) and full-time job roles. By bridging the gap between education and industry, you will ensure that our students are well-prepared and well-placed within leading companies. Your key responsibilities will include establishing and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, serving as the main point of contact for organizations looking to hire NIIT students, and engaging in sales and marketing efforts to promote NIIT's talent solutions. You will also be responsible for coordinating placement drives, matching student profiles to job descriptions, and providing guidance to students throughout the placement process. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of IT roles and technology trends, as well as the willingness to travel for client meetings and placement events. To excel in this role, you should have 3-4 years of experience in IT recruitment or placement, strong selling and presentation skills, and excellent relationship management abilities. A deep understanding of the IT hiring landscape, familiarity with various IT roles, and the capability to match profiles to job descriptions are essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary, along with the flexibility to travel as needed. Ideally, you should be based in Mumbai or Pune. Desired experience includes working in the IT education industry and having a network of contacts in the IT and ITES sector.
