Industrial Trainee

As an Industrial Trainee - IFC at UPL Limited, you will be a part of a leading global provider of sustainable agriculture solutions dedicated to enhancing farm productivity through innovative and eco-friendly products. Your role will involve assisting in the planning and execution of internal controls, preparing Risk Controls Matrix (RCM), designing and testing controls, preparing reports, and presenting findings to management. You will also support in designing data analytics tools, validating data exceptions, and participating in special projects and ad-hoc assignments. Your location will be at Khar, Mumbai. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the planning and execution of internal controls across various departments/business processes. - Preparation of Risk Controls Matrix (RCM), designing, and testing controls. - Prepare reports and present findings to management. - Support in designing data analytics tools to enhance audit processes. - Validate data exceptions and ensure accurate reporting and follow-up. - Participate in special projects and ad-hoc assignments as required. Qualifications: - Currently pursuing CA, CA final attempt must be due on or after May 2027. - Proven experience in internal controls testing, either through internships or previous roles. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). - High attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work as part of a team.
