Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled

Strategy Consultant

with expertise in the

Automotive/Industrials

industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of

consulting experience

from a

tier 1 organization

and industry knowledge in emerging and developed markets. You will play a key role in advising clients on corporate strategy, business transformation, and other critical areas such as

M&A

pricing optimization

, and

supply chain management

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic consulting services to clients in the
Automotive/Industrials
industry, focusing on areas such as
corporate strategy
,
business transformation
,
mergers & acquisitions
,
organizational strategy
, and
pricing optimization
.
Lead initiatives in
growth and innovation
,
strategic planning
,
sales and distribution
, and
consumer marketing
to drive operational and financial improvements.
Advise clients on
supply chain
,
manufacturing
, and
product lifecycle management
best practices to ensure they maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Work on projects related to
sustainability
and help clients develop strategies that align with long-term environmental and business goals.
Leverage deep knowledge of
emerging and developed markets
in the
Automotive/Industrials
space to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to clients.
Assist in the development of
business transformation
strategies, including improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer experiences, and optimizing organizational structures.

Qualifications:

MBA
from a
Tier 1 institute
(e.g., IIM, ISB, INSEAD, etc.).
4+ years of experience
in one or more of the following:
Corporate Strategy
,
Business Transformation
,
M&A
,
Organizational Strategy
,
Pricing & Profit Optimization
,
Growth & Innovation
,
Strategic Planning
,
Sales & Distribution
,
Consumer Marketing
,
Supply Chain
,
Manufacturing
,
Product Lifecycle Management
,
Sustainability
, ideally within the
Automotive/Industrials industry
.
Prior experience in the
Automotive/Industrials industry
either as a
management consultant
or as an industry professional.
Industry knowledge
and experience in both
emerging and developed markets
for the
Automotive/Industrials
sectors.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients at all levels and drive change.

Good to Have Skills:

4+ years of strategy experience
(in consulting or relevant industry) post-MBA from a
Tier 1 institute
.

Educational Qualification:

B.Tech/BE
or any graduate degree, followed by
MBA
from a
Tier 1 college
.
