We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Account Lead who will lead, manage and grow some of our leading retail partners. Your primary responsibilities will be focused on analyzing myriad sources of business data, formulating sound business plans & strategies , maximizing opportunities, managing risk, delivering on profitability goals, developing effective long-term business relationships and exceeding customer expectations. You are a self-starter who has a deep knowledge of the e-commerce eco-systems of the leading north American e-commerce retailers and knows how to create strategies for content, pricing, advertising, and promotion to generate significant growth in sales and profits for the company. What you will do : Play a primary role in strategic near and long-term business planning to create substantive account plans, inclusive of business and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth through our key e-commerce partners. Lead and deliver accurate sales forecasting and business planning internally. Achieve targeted quarterly objectives for revenue growth and profitability consistent with the annual business plan. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external retail partners, ensuring alignment on goals, strategies, and execution to strengthen relationships and drive mutual success. Drive our brand visibility, item listings, online platform activation, and content optimization. Lead analysis of sales data to garner key insights that can help drive business decisions and ensure growth plans remain consistent with annual goals; make necessary recommendations on course adjustments as needed. Use deep knowledge of the e-commerce ecosystem to identify new opportunities and overcome challenges to grow Simpli Home's presence across partner websites. Develop and implement strategies to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement effective PPC advertising campaigns. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, order fulfilment and customer support. Prepare regular reports for executive team, highlighting key metrics and performance insights. Qualifications: BS/BA or University Degree in Business or similar field, MBA a plus Applicants must have multi-year account management experience with major North American e-commerce platforms (Target, Wayfair, Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, etc.). Applications without this experience will not be considered. Minimum of 5+ years' experience working in a similar role within E-commerce Account Management (furniture industry a plus) with a proven track record of driving accelerated digital revenue growth. Expertise in transforming strategy and vision into actionable plans. Deep experience in analysing data and developing strategies to grow sales aggressively. Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight time constraints and within budget parameters. Advanced Excel knowledge, PowerPoint and experience using Power BI. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong strategic & financial capabilities and comfort with tactical execution. Superior attention to detail, time management and follow through. Position: Customer Service Associate Job Responsibilities: Attending incoming Phone Calls for parts replacement, product questions, general inquiry, returns Responsible for all Customer Interaction through Zen desk /Retailers Web portal / Facebook/social media / & brand bazaar Voice Maintain Customer records in the customer service database. Resolve product and service problems by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause of the problem and expedite the solution to the problem.
