An Industrial Property / Plot Sales Manager develops and executes sales strategies to sell industrial properties, builds relationships with clients and analyzes market data to achieve revenue goals.

Key responsibilities include lead generation, market analysis, sales forecasting, client negotiations, and achieving revenue targets. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and sales skills, often with a Bachelor's degree in a related field and proven sales experience in the industrial sector.

An Industrial Sales Manager sells industrial land or properties, developing sales strategies and building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

ü Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and growth for industrial property.

ü Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including landlords and prospective buyers.

ü Deal Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate the terms of agreements and close sales for industrial properties.

ü Reporting and Performance Tracking: Track sales figures, analyze performance, and prepare forecasts and budgets for management.

ü Sales Reporting: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

ü Experience: Proven experience in industrial sales and sales management, including a track record of closing sales.

ü Leadership: Ability to manage, motivate, and coach a sales team.

ü Communication & Negotiation: Excellent skills in communicating, building relationships, and negotiating with clients and stakeholders.

ü Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the local industrial real estate market, including new projects and prevailing property prices.

ü Soft Skills: Adaptability, ability to work independently, and strong problem-solving skills.
