Industrial Engineer

As an Industrial Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing production layouts and processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maintain quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Review production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information. - Design production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste. - Implement process improvements and technological upgrades. - Develop control systems to reduce costs and production issues. - Establish design and production standards in collaboration with management. - Plan facility layouts and determine personnel requirements. - Train staff on new processes and provide necessary instructions and manuals. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field. - Prior experience in a relevant role. - Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards. - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Effective troubleshooting skills with great attention to detail. - Proficient in documentation, organization, MS Office, and AutoCAD.
