In the role of an Industrial Designer at Cultsport, you will be an integral part of the Cult - Curefit Healthcare Pvt Ltd team, focusing on designing and delivering consumer products in the fitness and wellness sector. Your responsibilities will include owning the product design process from concept sketches to production-ready solutions, utilizing AI-powered workflows and modern collaboration tools to enhance efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with business goals and user needs. Your role will also involve staying updated on industry trends, driving prototyping and testing cycles, and managing multiple projects simultaneously to deliver top-notch design outputs within deadlines. Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end product design process, from concept sketches to production-ready solutions - Utilize AI tools, prototyping software, and collaboration platforms to expedite design iterations and enhance cross-team clarity - Apply in-depth knowledge of materials, ergonomics, and sustainable practices to create durable and cost-efficient products - Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and product teams to ensure designs meet business objectives and user requirements - Stay informed about trends in fitness, wellness, and digital design workflows to keep Cultsport products innovative and competitive - Drive prototyping and testing cycles to ensure products meet performance, safety, and user satisfaction benchmarks - Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design outputs Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial design with complete consumer product development expertise - Strong portfolio showcasing product storytelling, material innovation, and form factor proficiency - Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Blender, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design tools - Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows and modern collaboration platforms like Figma, Miro, Notion, Jira - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align quickly, simplify complexity, and maintain project momentum,
