Position Overview

Konica Automation is seeking experienced and dynamic Sales & Service Engineers with 3–4 years of relevant experience in industrial automation. If you have a strong background in sales, service, and technical support of automation products and are ready to take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales of industrial automation products and solutions in the assigned territory.

* Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and after-sales service to clients.

* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

* Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base.

* Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and training sessions for customers.

* Collaborate with the internal team to achieve sales and service targets.

* Prepare and maintain detailed reports on sales activities and service calls.

Qualifications

* Diploma / BE / BTech in Engineering

* 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Sales & Service of industrial automation products (VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, Servo Systems, etc.)

* Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

* Proven track record of achieving sales and service targets

* Willingness to travel within the assigned region

* Self-driven, proactive, and customer-focused
