Key Responsibilities Handle Indiamart inquiries: timely responses, follow-ups, converting leads into sales Manage social media posting & engagement Draft and send effective marketing emails Call prospective customers, explain products/services, and close deals Build and maintain a high-quality customer database Support overall sales & marketing campaigns Required Skills Strong communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language is a plus) Hands-on knowledge of Indiamart seller panel Basic understanding of digital & social media marketing Comfortable with calling, pitching, and follow-ups Ability to draft clear professional emails & marketing messages Good at data management (Excel / Google Sheets) Self-driven attitude — no hand-holding needed What We Expect Someone who can pick up the phone, talk business, follow up without fear, and close the sale.
