Job Description

Job Title: Industrial Automation Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Industrial Automation Engineer to support the design, programming, testing, and commissioning of automation systems used in industrial, marine, and process environments. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to build a career in automation engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions using PLC, SCADA, DCS, and HMI systems.
Support programming and configuration of PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, Omron, Mitsubishi, Delta, etc.).
Work with field devices, sensors, actuators, and industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, etc.).
Learn to configure and troubleshoot Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Servo Drives, and soft starters.
Support preparation of control panel drawings, wiring diagrams, and project documentation.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting under the guidance of senior engineers.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and project requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Basic knowledge of PLC programming and SCADA/DCS systems.
Familiarity with industrial instrumentation and electrical/control systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and work on site-based projects.
Good communication and teamwork abilities

Eligibility / Qualifications:

B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in Industrial Automation (freshers with academic/project experience in automation are encouraged to apply).
Knowledge of Marine & Process automation systems will be an added advantage.
