We are looking for a skilled PLC Programmer / Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement automation systems for industrial processes. You will be responsible for programming PLCs, configuring HMIs/SCADA, testing systems, and supporting installation and commissioning at client sites. Key Responsibilities Develop and debug PLC programs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Delta, Mitsubishi, Omron, Schneider, etc.) Design HMI/SCADA interfaces (WinCC, iFIX, Intouch, Wonderware, FactoryTalk, etc.) Integrate and test VFDs, servo systems, sensors, and field devices. Perform system testing, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), and SAT (Site Acceptance Test). Prepare electrical drawings, logic documentation, and BOMs. Troubleshoot automation systems during production and commissioning. Coordinate with the design, electrical, and mechanical teams. Ensure project completion within deadlines and quality standards. Required Skills Expertise in PLC programming (ladder logic, structured text, function block, etc.) Experience with SCADA / HMI development Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, CANopen, etc.) Hands-on with VFDs, relays, analog & digital IOs Understanding of control panel design & wiring diagrams Good analytical, documentation, and troubleshooting skills Ability to travel for on-site commissioning (as required)
