Role & responsibilities:- Training needs analysis- liaison with all stakeholders. To identify training needs of employees with relation to product, technical knowledge and behavioural skills. Preparation of training calendar for all the allocated stores. Conducting the following Trainings for all store employees: Product Training Process Training Systems training Behavioural training. Coordinating with Apple brand to conduct training at stores. On floor evaluation and feedback about training effectiveness Preparing MIS for all the trainings conducted including Apple and other external trainings. Designing the training activities as required (content creation, mode of delivery etc.) Drive organizational level training initiatives like LMS (Croma + Apple) etc. Monitor the training being conducted internally and externally, plan and take corrective actions wherever required. Manage On-going training of the all the employees at the store and partner with HR and Training team to enhance the capability, skill and knowledge levels of store employees. Evaluating effectiveness using various data inputs and developing dashboards to share with relevant stakeholders
