Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Indirect Tax Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Indirect Tax Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of indirect taxation, including ensuring compliance with tax regulations, managing tax audits, and handling Goods and Services Tax (GST) related activities. The role will require the preparation and filing of tax returns, addressing queries from tax authorities, and contributing to the development of tax strategies to optimize business performance.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Tax Compliance and Indirect Taxation
• Experience in managing Tax Audits and ensuring accurate reporting
• Solid understanding of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and related regulations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
• Proficiency in tax-related software and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage time effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or advanced certification in taxation is preferred
