Indian chef

You will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Indian dishes, such as curries, tandoori dishes, biryanis, and regional specialties. You will also develop new recipes while maintaining the quality and authenticity of traditional Indian cuisine. Working with other kitchen staff to ensure the kitchen runs efficiently is essential. It will be your duty to ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented attractively. Additionally, you will oversee food preparation and check that all kitchen staff are performing their duties. Monitoring equipment quality and ordering new equipment as needed will be part of your responsibilities. You will also help the restaurant determine how much food and supplies need to be ordered. Training new kitchen staff and delegating tasks to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner are crucial aspects of the role. Being familiar with sanitation regulations is a must.
