You will be working as an Indian Chef de Cuisine - Banquets at Grand Hyatt in Kochi, overseeing the preparation and presentation of Indian cuisine for banquets. Your role will involve managing kitchen staff, developing new recipes, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards, and collaborating closely with the banquet management team to provide exceptional dining experiences. To excel in this position, you must possess strong food preparation, cooking, and culinary skills, along with prior experience in food service and food & beverage management. Your ability to create and deliver high-quality Indian cuisine will be key, supported by your leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills are essential, along with a thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations. While not mandatory, previous exposure to luxury hotel or high-end banquet environments will be advantageous. A culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred to demonstrate your qualifications for this role.,
