Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie – Indian Cuisine to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of traditional and modern Indian cooking techniques, regional recipes, and presentation styles. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes in your section while maintaining high food quality, hygiene, and consistency. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, including curries, tandoor items, biryanis, breads, and snacks. Follow authentic recipes while also contributing creative ideas for menu enhancement. Ensure proper seasoning, cooking time, and presentation of each dish. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per FSSAI standards. Monitor stock levels, minimize wastage, and assist in inventory management. Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
