We are looking for a committed and proactive In-House Company Lawyer to join our team and manage a range of legal matters critical to the company's operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cuncolim, ideal for a legal professional seeking stability and meaningful involvement in corporate affairs. As our in-house legal counsel, you will be responsible for vetting, drafting, and reviewing legal documents, ensuring legal compliance, and representing the company in matters involving government authorities and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Legal Vetting: Review contracts, agreements, and property documents for legal compliance. Representation: Represent the company at government offices and authorities. Drafting: Prepare and review employee contracts, vendor agreements, and internal policies. Legal Advice: Provide guidance on risks, disputes, and regulatory matters.
