India Payroll (AGM Level)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring that services are delivered according to SLAs, monitoring, reporting, and analyzing KPIs related to service excellence and customer satisfaction. Your proactive approach will drive automation initiatives, transition activities, and cost efficiency improvements. Additionally, you will focus on building employee capability initiatives, keeping team members" domain and technical competencies up to date, and ensuring adoption of regulatory laws and best practices. It will be your responsibility to oversee the execution of all programs, ensure inter-department coordination, and factor in change management adequately for time and necessary chargeback of costs to the respective cost centers or clients. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure services are delivered according to SLAs - Monitor, report, and analyze KPIs for service excellence and customer satisfaction - Drive automation initiatives and transition activities for cost efficiency improvements - Build employee capability initiatives and ensure team members" competencies are up to date - Ensure adoption of regulatory laws and best practices - Oversee the execution of all programs and inter-department coordination - Factor in change management for time and necessary cost chargeback to respective cost centers/clients Qualifications Required: - Graduate or PG in any field - Strong people management and leadership skills - Genuine interest in contributing to people development - Strong Business Acumen - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills - Ability to prioritize, plan, and structure work towards targets - Capability to convert issues and requirements into solutions and business opportunities - Proficient with MS Office and extremely tech-savvy - Metrics and outcome-focused - Exceptional interpersonal skills - Exceptional project and program management skills Additional Details: The project locations for this role are Bengaluru and Chennai. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field, or equivalent experience of 15 or more years, along with a minimum of 10 years of people and delivery management experience.,
