India Payroll (AGM Level)

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project operations in Bengaluru & Chennai. Your primary role will involve ensuring that services are delivered in compliance with SLAs. Monitoring, reporting, and analyzing KPIs related to service excellence and customer satisfaction will also be a key part of your responsibilities. You will drive automation initiatives and transition activities to enhance cost efficiency. Building Employee Capability programs to ensure team members possess up-to-date domain and technical competencies will be crucial. Additionally, you will need to ensure adherence to regulatory laws and best practices, as well as coordinate effectively between departments. Your competencies should include strong people management and leadership skills, a genuine interest in contributing to people development, and a strong business acumen. Being sensitive and alert to customer needs, proactive in teamwork, and possessing excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are essential. Prioritization, planning, target-oriented work, issue resolution, and solution identification are key skills required for this role. You will be expected to eliminate manual processes using process knowledge, produce analytics for efficiency improvements, and establish accuracy standards for quality checks. Collaboration with client HR teams and internal customers, along with instilling a culture of continuous improvement and outstanding customer service, will be essential. Your educational background should include a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or a relevant field. Alternatively, 15 or more years of equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years in people and delivery management will be considered.
