Job Purpose:
The role shall be primarily responsible for driving data analysis, reporting, visualization, and business intelligence activities, ensuring standardized data-driven processes and efficient reporting in accordance with organizational and functional requirements. The role also ensures effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders for project execution and improvement.
This position will involve the below following main tasks:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements.
- Create and manage Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Prepare data workflows using Alteryx, perform UAT, and develop visualizations in Tableau post-UAT.
- Conduct quality checks and UAT on dashboards and reports.
- Maintain Change Request logs after sign-offs, update Jira tasks for daily activities, and manage change trackers.
- Assist in migration and production roll-out of dashboards and workflows.
- Manage Confluence documentation and provide support on system design with Data Architect team.
Data Analysis & Reporting Collect
- clean, and analyze data using SQL, R, or Python.
- Translate insights into actionable reports and dashboards for key business units.
- Provide predictive and historical data analysis for better decision-making.
- Perform ad hoc reporting using SQL/Alteryx for multiple verticals.
- Create Tableau dashboards and support UAT with stakeholders.
- Deliver monthly and weekly KPI and productivity reports (DA Tracker, Dispatch Report, etc.).
- Ensure quality and consistency of data in BI reports and dashboards.
- Workflow Management & Automation.
- Prepare and schedule Alteryx workflows.
- Troubleshoot workflow failures and optimize performance.
- Automate manual processes to drive operational efficiency.
- Update FX rates monthly for accurate reporting.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Liaison with internal stakeholders for requirement gathering and testing.
- Assist the ISS reporting team with ad hoc tasks and business needs.
- Coordinate with Techno Functional teams for Unit4 upgrades and SOAP UI testing.
- Support FOPS and Networking Capital teams with routine and BAU reports.Dispatch Management
- Ensure dispatch of DAs are sent within the Agreed Lead Time
- Circulate Dispatch Pendency Report & Monitor Dispatch Quality
System Management & Documentation
- Monitor Amazon Redshift database performance and storage.
- Manage user access and job monitoring on Tableau Server.
- Maintain data archives in AWS S3.
- Document processes and reports on Confluence
Inchcape Systems
- Full utilization of Inchcape systems as per ISS Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensure team are accurately inputting operational and commercial information into Inchcape systems in a timely manner.
Essential:
- Proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and Excel
- Working knowledge of R/Python, AWS (Redshift, S3), SOAP UI
- Experience in a global, multi-cultural environment
- Ability to write and interpret BRDs and technical documentation
- Knowledge of basic accounting and applications.
- Proven process improvement experience.
- Experience in handling small team.
- SSC or BPO experience will be a plus
