Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Technical & Professional Competence:

Familiarity with compliance, ethics, or risk management concepts (training will be provided if required).
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with compliance platforms (e.g., One Trust, Salesforce, training portals) preferred.
Ability to draft, proofread, and coordinate compliance communications, reports, and training updates.

Behavioral Competencies:

High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion when handling sensitive compliance data.
Self-driven with a proactive mindset to support daily compliance operations without close supervision.
Flexible, adaptive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced global environment

Required Core Skills:

Strong communication skills both written and verbal with ability to engage effectively across regions and cultures.
Excellent people skills approachable, collaborative, and able to build positive working relationships with cross-functional teams and compliance champions.
Strong organizational skills ability to manage multiple priorities, track deadlines, and support ongoing compliance initiatives.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in reviewing reports, disclosures, and documentation

Qualifications Required

Master s degree in any stream.
