Duties and Responsibilities:
Technical & Professional Competence:
- Familiarity with compliance, ethics, or risk management concepts (training will be provided if required).
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with compliance platforms (e.g., One Trust, Salesforce, training portals) preferred.
- Ability to draft, proofread, and coordinate compliance communications, reports, and training updates.
Behavioral Competencies:
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion when handling sensitive compliance data.
- Self-driven with a proactive mindset to support daily compliance operations without close supervision.
- Flexible, adaptive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced global environment
Required Core Skills:
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal with ability to engage effectively across regions and cultures.
- Excellent people skills approachable, collaborative, and able to build positive working relationships with cross-functional teams and compliance champions.
- Strong organizational skills ability to manage multiple priorities, track deadlines, and support ongoing compliance initiatives.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in reviewing reports, disclosures, and documentation
Qualifications Required
- Master s degree in any stream.
