The role requires both team leadership and hands-on drafting expertise in conveyance deeds, deemed conveyances, and other society compliance matters. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and mentor the drafting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and maintain quality standards within the team. Draft and review conveyance deeds, deemed conveyance applications, bye-laws, resolutions, and agreements. Ensure compliance with society laws, civil law, and statutory processes. Coordinate with housing societies, authorities, and clients for legal requirements. Personally handle complex drafting and legal matters as team leader. Maintain timelines and ensure high-quality, timely deliverables. Qualifications & Skills LLB/LLM with active Bar Council registration. 10+ years of experience in society-related legal drafting . Proven leadership and team-handling skills . Strong command over drafting, legal research, and compliance. Excellent communication and client-handling abilities. Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
