Compensation & Rewards Advisory (including & not restricted to) - Pay Design, Pay Structuring, Rewards Strategy, Job Evaluation, Variable Pay & Incentive Design. Talent Advisory (including & not restricted to) - Digital Transformation, Organization Design & Organization effectiveness, Performance management, Scorecard Design, Competency and Career Management Design. JOB OVERVIEW You will be part of a dynamic, start-up-like environment within a fast-paced, client-centric team that combines data, design thinking, and facilitation to drive change. Reporting to the Manager, your role will involve supporting go-to-market efforts and developing innovative content and marketing strategies. You will be part of highly energized DEI & Talent Advisory engagements and, depending on the project, you will engage in: Content Development: Draft content and graphic design for case studies, white papers, blogs and social posts to amplify our DEI and HR expertise. Project Delivery: Support end-to-end delivery of DEI strategy, assessment and activation projects. Solution Delivery Support: Assist with research, data analysis, slide decks and workshop materials. Marketing Execution: Coordinate email campaigns, website updates and event promotion. Event Coordination: Support logistics and communication for virtual and in-person forums. SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE Strong writing and storytelling ability Strong creative/graphic design ability Detail-oriented with high standards for quality Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and timelines Collaborative mindset; eager to learn consulting best practices Basic project management discipline WHAT WE LOOK FOR Bring a people-focused approach as well as the ability to see things from an end-user perspective.
