Incharge Vendor Operations

Role Overview: As a Cabs & Attachment Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to create, lead, and manage the operations of the newly established department. You will be in charge of resolving issues faced by vendors, drivers, and customers, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the department. Your role will also involve developing strong relationships with vendors, drivers, and internal departments through effective communication and negotiation skills. Additionally, you will be responsible for lead generation, marketing, business development, and establishing tie-ups with corporate companies/showrooms. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a trusted advisor for new vendors, monitor their performance, and address any issues promptly to enhance customer experience. - Approach potential vendors, explain company norms, and earnings from attachment to establish relationships. - Oversee and complete key tasks, develop project plans, and meet deadlines effectively. - Meet vendor onboarding targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Monitor retention and turnover rates of new attachments. - Coordinate and support the call center team as required. - Provide training to vendors and chauffeurs. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree/master's. - 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in Sales, Administration, and Vendor Management. - Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in MS Office. - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Tamil. - Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities, along with excellent planning, organizing, and time management skills.
