Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time on-site Inbound Sales Representative in Gurugram. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with potential clients, managing incoming inquiries, and guiding customers through the sales process. You will be responsible for qualifying leads, providing detailed information on products, ensuring excellent customer service, and accurately processing orders. Additionally, you will maintain existing customer accounts and identify opportunities for upselling.
