Job Description

As an Inbound Sales Person, your role involves handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from potential customers. You will need to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services while providing accurate information about pricing, offers, and features. Your goal is to convert inbound leads into sales by building trust and rapport with customers. Additionally, you may need to make outbound follow-up calls to warm leads or close deals. It will be essential to maintain records of inquiries, leads, and sales in CRM/software and coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing. Your performance will be measured based on achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets and preparing performance reports. Qualifications Required: - Fluent English communication skills. - Experience in sales or customer service. - Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. The company is looking for a dedicated individual who is comfortable with working full-time in a night shift from 07:00 PM to 04:00 AM.
