The Inbound Process Executive will be responsible for handling inbound customer queries and service requests related to retail assets (loans, credit cards, etc.) and retail liabilities (savings accounts, current accounts, deposits, etc.). The role requires excellent communication skills, strong product knowledge, and a customer-first approach to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Handle inbound calls/emails/chats from customers related to retail banking products and services.
Address queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently within defined TATs.
Ensure complete and accurate documentation of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Sales, Collections, etc.) for quick resolution of customer issues.
Cross-sell relevant banking products when appropriate, adhering to compliance and quality standards.
Achieve set targets for service quality, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and productivity metrics.
03 years for entry-level roles.
Prior experience in a banking contact center or inbound process preferred.
