Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Coordinate with logistics team for timely delivery of goods to customers.
Process customer orders, ensuring accurate documentation and clearance of shipments.
Manage incoming calls from customers, responding to their queries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain records of all interactions with customers, updating CRM system regularly.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in import operations or related field (logistics, customs).
Strong knowledge of CHA (Customs House Agent) procedures and regulations.
Excellent communication skills in English; ability to work effectively under pressure.
