• 6-Day Working | 1 Rotational Week Off

Job Summary:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Inbound Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound calls from existing and new customers, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first approach. Candidates with knowledge of banking products/services and cross-selling experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries efficiently.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
• Resolve issues by researching solutions, escalating unresolved problems when necessary.
• Assist customers with transactions, service requests, and information updates.
• Cross-sell bank products and services wherever applicable.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, courtesy, and service.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Undergraduates / Graduates
• SVAR Equivalent: 50 & Above
• Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome

Skills & Abilities Required:

• Good communication skills in English & Hindi (both verbal and written)
• Basic telephone etiquette & computer proficiency
• Ability to read, write, and speak English as per business needs
• Regional language proficiency (added advantage)
• Strong decision-making, logical reasoning, and numerical ability
• Customer-focused, attentive, and proactive attitude
