Inbound Customer Service Representative

As an Inbound Customer Care Representative fluent in German, you will be part of our customer support team, assisting German-speaking customers by providing accurate information and ensuring a professional service experience. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling incoming calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy - Providing accurate information on products, services, orders, and general inquiries - Maintaining clear and detailed records of customer interactions - Following company procedures to deliver high-quality service - Striving to meet performance targets related to response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Fluency in German (C1/C2 level) and English (spoken and written) - Prior experience in customer service or call center role - Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills - Comfortable with CRM platforms and common workplace software - Customer-focused mindset and ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment Preferred qualifications include education in Business or Communication and experience in supporting German-speaking markets or working in a multilingual team.
