Responsibilities
Resource Planning Develop and maintain resource plans to ensure the availability of necessary skills and personnel for SAP projects. Project Coordination Collaborate with project managers and team leaders to understand project requirements and allocate resources accordingly. Resource Allocation Assign resources based on their skills, availability, and project needs. Monitor resource utilization and adjust allocations as necessary. Stakeholder Management Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on resource status and address any issues or concerns. Performance Monitoring Track the performance of resources and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Risk Management Identify potential resourcerelated risks and develop mitigation strategies. Reporting Generate and present reports on resource utilization, project progress, and other relevant metrics.
