Job Description & Summary
A career within Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage technology to enhance their customer experiences,
*Responsibilities:
Drive digital strategy advisory and transformation projects.
Lead the setup & strategy consulting for IT Shared Service or Global Capability Centers
Manage IT service management, IT cost savings, and IT governance initiatives.
Design IT process flowcharts based on ITIL and COBIT frameworks.
Lead client consulting projects with strong analytical and presentation skills
Communicate effectively with CxO-level stakeholders.
Deliver actionable insights based on industry-specific research.
Work within premier strategy consulting or Big 4 consulting environments.
*Mandatory skill sets
6+ years of overall experience with focus on digital strategy and IT GCC strategy & setup.
Experience in IT Shared Services or Global Capability Centers. Skills in IT service management, cost savings, governance, and business case preparation.
Experience designing processes based on ITIL and COBIT is desirable.
Strong client management, communication, and presentation skills.
Preference for candidates from premier MBA colleges with consulting experience in top firms
