Failures you wanna avoidDuring Siemens Teamcenter platform changes executing and documenting functional tests are a key factor to success - a phase where you Teamcenter know-how and structural work is requested Your skills: at least 5 years experience in using or administrating Siemens Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) 5-10 years experience in using Autodesk Inventor 5-10 years experience in IT Support based on an IT Service Management System - ideally BMG Remedy at least 5 years experience in ITIL-based incident and problem management Reliable, team- and customer oriented and structured way of working Communication skills Fluent English (C-level) Ideally good German language ability (A-level) Soft Skills Quality oriented - stable IT operations as key factor for business, follow defined quality process Solution oriented - coordinate global requirements and strive for lean solutions Team oriented - collaborate in ww network of IT and Business experts Target oriented - efficient working style and people management - hands-on mentality Customer oriented - supportive and collaborative to business users and provide training on topics
