Overall experience between 6-12 years Technical Program management with experience of working with MNC and International Clients. 4+ years of experience working in leading agile teams and with proven product & solution delivery. Experience of using latest Digital and AI technology tools and led ini tiatives in transformative initiatives
Mandatory skill sets
Managed and led various digital transformation, project management, process improvement and business process reengineering projects. Strong Program Management Capabilities with demonstrable experience in Agile Methodologies of Scrum and Kanban. Manage scope, technical dependencies, risk, and timelines across multiple initiatives. Expert in running scrum of scrums, agile ceremonies across sprint teams. Track program KPIs, timelines, velocity, technical debt and impact metrics. Timely prepared MIS Reports of various projects for senior management Monitored various performance optimization initiatives and strategies across projects Project Management with AI/GenAI & Emerging Digital Initiatives. Must have Agile & PM Certifications like CSM, CSPO, SafeAgile, PMP, Prince 2 (Atleast 2) Nice to have Latest GenAI Tools like Copilot usage, Reporting tools like PowerBI , Tableau, Jira, Confluence and other Project Tracking tools.
Preferred skill sets
Strong problem solving and leadership skills Own high impact programs and drive timelines, risk plans and milestone reviews. Lead agile practices and identify risks and gaps across delivery teams. Metrics driven and exceptional level of Communication.
