Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Assist in managing client relationships and contribute to the development of consulting engagements that address client needs and objectives. Project Delivery: Support the delivery of projects by conducting research, data analysis, and developing insights that drive client success. Industry Expertise: Stay updated with industry trends, challenges, and opportunities in the Aviation, Travel & Hospitality sectors to provide informed recommendations. Solution Development: Collaborate with team members to design and implement innovative solutions tailored to client requirements. Presentation & Communication: Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and other client deliverables that effectively communicate findings and recommendations. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions and foster a collaborative work environment. Continuous Improvement: Participate in internal initiatives to enhance service offerings and improve operational efficiencies.

Years of experience required:

6+ years

Education qualification:

Master s degree in business, Economics, Aviation Management, Hospitality Management, or related field. 2 to 5 years of experience in consulting, with a focus on Aviation, Travel & Hospitality or related industries.

Proven experience in delivering consultancy engagements and preparing client proposals. Prior experience in Digital Transformation related to Travel & Hospitality verticals Familiarity with Agile/Scrum Methodologies; Scrum Master/Product Owner certifications are preferable, not mandatory Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and produce high-quality work under tight deadlines. Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools is advantageous. Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
