" Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Agile Coach Responsibilities 8+ years of Agile coaching experience, total exp 12 years 4+ years of exp. operating as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) Should have a valid certification (SAFe Program Consultant / SAFe Agilist 6.0 / ICP-ACC) Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAFe Experience in guiding enterprise-level Agile transformations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement Can think outside the box and has good consulting experience Have interacted with senior stakeholders viz. in the CxO line Understands and has 4+ years of extensive work experience on JIRA / Azure DevOps Flexible to travel for (25 to 30) % in a year Business Analysis exposure will be an added preference Mandatory Skill Sets The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Agile methodologies, specifically within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment, with a proven track record of coaching teams and leaders to improve Agile practices.
