Job Description

Description The Executive/Assistant Manager - Industrial Application at Bosch Rexroth India will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and implementation of innovative industrial solutions. This position is designed for individuals with 4-10 years of experience in the industrial automation sector, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of industrial applications for various projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in industrial applications. Prepare and present reports on project progress and industry developments to management. Support the sales team in technical presentations and customer interactions related to industrial applications. Provide technical support and training to customers as needed. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Strong knowledge of industrial automation and control systems. Experience with CAD software and technical documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
