Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers on CNC grinding machines, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to machine operation, maintenance, and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new product designs, specifications, and documentation for CNC grinding machines.
Conduct site visits to inspect customer installations and provide recommendations for improving machine performance and efficiency.
Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts by providing exceptional service, responding promptly to inquiries, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-9 years of experience in Application Engineering or a related field (CNC grinding machines).
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in relevant discipline (Automobile/Mechanical).
Strong understanding of machine tools such as lathe, milling machine, VMC; knowledge of grinding process control systems an added advantage.
