Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Lead configuration and implementation of all Fice modules including Accounting, Procurement, and Expenses.

2. Collaborate with Fice teams to automate ficial transactions and compliance processes.

3. Configure Record to Report (R2R) cycles and manage Accounting Center setups.

4. Design ficial reporting and consolidation frameworks in Workday.

5. Manage ficial security settings and audit requirements.

6. Ensure integration of ficial data with other enterprise systems.

7. Support monthend and yearend closing activities within Workday.

8. Optimize business processes for procurement, expenses, and asset management.

9. Train fice teams on Workday Fice modules and reporting tools. Stay updated on ficial regulations affecting Workday Fice systems

Mandatory skill sets

Experience in multiple Workday implementations Knowledge of project methodologies like Agile/Scrum Workday certification in HCM, Ficials, or Integrations

Preferred skill sets

With certification, must have demonstrated consulting & endtoend implementation experience in Workday

Years of experience

required

Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience Overall experience can vary between 2 to 7 Years

Education qualification

Work experience in IT & ITeS/Software product companies preferred B.E/B.Tech + MBA ERP Implementation Exp

Education

Degrees/Field of Study required Master of Engineering, Bachelor of Engineering
