Responsibilities

Experience Candidates should have 810 years of experience

Project Ownership The individual must be capable of managing projects endtoend, including leading technical discussions with clients

Client Management Strong clientfacing and stakeholder management skills are essential; the candidate should demonstrate an intuitive and proactive approach

AI Knowledge Familiarity with AI technologies is required, as Firefly is an AIbased software platform

Work Mode The candidate should be willing to work onsite three days a week

Enterprise Implementation Must possess a solid understanding of enterpriselevel software implementation

Mandatory skill sets

Minimum 8 years of experience, with overall experience ranging from 8 to 16 years

MBA degree is required, with a background in IT & ITeS/Software product companies preferred

Engineering degree (B
E/BTECH) combined with an MBA

Proven experience managing complex technical projects and teams
