Spearheading the counseling quality (through supervision/quality reviews etc) Building trainin g modules and therapy programs Taking workshops and seminars Providing counseling to clients (Chat/Telephonic/F2F)

Requirement

Minimum Masters in Psychology (MPhil in Clinical Psychology Preferred) More than 5 years of counseling experience Belief in the effectiveness of online counselling Great Communication Skills (written and verbal) Ability to manage people and teams Ability to organise and design programs
