In-House Senior Psychologist

You will be part of a team that believes in the transformative power of helping individuals by listening to their concerns and offering support. Your role will involve not only providing counseling but also contributing to the establishment of a supportive community of experts. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and enhancing counseling quality through supervision and quality reviews, developing training modules and therapy programs, conducting workshops and seminars, and delivering counseling services to clients through various mediums such as chat, telephonic, and face-to-face interactions. To qualify for this position, you should hold a minimum of a Masters in Psychology, with an MPhil in Clinical Psychology being preferred. Additionally, you should have more than 5 years of experience in counseling, a strong belief in the effectiveness of online counseling, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), the ability to lead and manage people and teams, as well as the capacity to organize and design programs effectively.,
