To qualify for this position, you should hold a minimum of a Masters in Psychology, with an MPhil in Clinical Psychology being preferred. Additionally, you should have more than 5 years of experience in counseling, a strong belief in the effectiveness of online counseling, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), the ability to lead and manage people and teams, as well as the capacity to organize and design programs effectively.,
